Cooperation with DKE: Joint Pioneer Project on Industry 4.0 Content

Created by Detlef Raguse, eCl@ss office |

The focus of the existing cooperation between IEC, SG3D and eCl@ss is the project d-m@p, which should enable the automatic exchange of content between IEC CDD and eCl@ss.

Due to the importance of Industry 4.0 content, DKE and eCl@ss now want to accelerate this collaboration through joint pilot projects.

In the first pilot project, relevant use cases from the process industry (NAMUR) and the manufacturing industry (ZVEI) will be used for implementation. A joint approach for the generation of industry 4.0 content will be defined and during this process a new collaboration process between IEC and eCl@ss will be developed. In contrast to previous mapping projects, the focus here is on new content.
